How to List Your Course

1. Submit Your Course for Review

Complete the course submission form and provide:

  • Course title
  • Short course description
  • Intended veterinary roles

All courses are reviewed to ensure they meet marketplace quality and content guidelines.

2. Set Your Course Price

Once your course is approved, you will choose the price you would like practices to pay for access to your course.

Pricing should reflect the practical value of the training, including:

  • Time saved for practices
  • Depth of training provided
  • Reusability across team members

3. Organized Onboarding Creates Your Marketplace Listing

Once approved:

  • We create and publish your marketplace listing
  • We create a customizable version of your course that we host on marketplace.organizedonboarding.com
  • Your course becomes available to eligible Organized Onboarding customers
  • Purchased courses are copied into the purchasing practice’s Organized Onboarding platform for internal use and customization

4. Receive Quarterly Revenue Share Payments

Sellers receive a 50% revenue share for marketplace course sales.

Payments are:

  • Calculated quarterly
  • Issued by check through the mail
  • Based on completed marketplace purchases during the payout period
